Check-in  2pm  Check-out   6pm

First Time Guests

All dogs must complete an Evaluation Day or Retest Day before being eligible for daycare and/or Free-Play services.

2pm – 6pm check-in

All overnight boarding guests are required to check-in no later than 5pm, however we ask that you carefully consider your dog’s familiarity level with the facility while planning their stay with us and if they would benefit from an earlier check-in time. We may recommend or require an earlier check-in time if your dog is extra bouncy or has not seen us recently. This is so they can get re-acclimated to our environment and have some playtime with friends and bonding with our team before bedtime and prevent any overnight disturbances!

Cancellation Policy

We require cancellation notice by phone, email, or in person for daycare and boarding at a minimum of 24 hours in advance. If you should cancel less than 24 hours in advance, there is a late cancellation fee of $25 per dog for daycare or a fee of $50 per dog for overnight boarding. For overnight boarding reservations during Holidays, the fee is 50% of your entire reservation estimate.

Don’t Wait

While the 24 hour cancellation is policy, a longer notice is appreciated, so as soon as you know, by all means, let us know.

Meals

All food must be packed into airtight, non-breakable containers and labeled with pet’s first and last name as well as the date you are dropping off. Ziploc bags, Rubbermaid and any other safe plastic containers are fine. Foods that must be kept refrigerated or frozen are acceptable.

We STRONGLY recommend packing food in individual portions. Please note that individually portioned meals are the most accurate and reliable way to ensure your pet will receive exactly what you intend. Your at-home portioning system may not be the same as ours!

Banned Food Items

The following foods and treats will not be accepted: rawhide chews, Greenies, nylon chews, or any other foods known to be toxic or present a choking/impaction hazard to canines.

Mealtimes

Approximate meal times are at 8am, 1pm, and 6pm. Your dog is not required to be fed at all meals. Dogs that are normally free fed at home will be offered food at all three mealtimes. If your special-needs dog has serious health conditions and is required to be fed at a different time, just let a staff member know.

 

Feeding

All dogs are fed individually and at their comfort level. Many of our clients are crate-trained and feel more comfortable eating in a crate, but for those who are not, they are fed separately in an empty room with a human to keep them company.

 

Need food?

If for some reason your dog does not have food or their supply has been depleted, we will contact you to see if you would like to purchase food from our lobby store or use a house meal.  If we are unable to get in contact with you in time for your dog’s meals, you will be automatically charged for house food. House meals are $5 per meal and vary in brand, so please ask a team member if you would like to choose from the assortment ahead of time.

 
 
 

Don’t lose your stuff!

Any additional items provided (food, leash & collar, toys, beds, blankets, etc) must be labeled with dog’s name and last initial. Two personal items (toys, blankies, etc) are permitted, but can only be offered when separated from all other dogs.  We do not accept oversized items like large beds. We are not responsible for any lost items, so please refrain from sending valuable items.

 
 
 

Forgot to get your dog?

If dogs are still present upon closing on the day they were originally scheduled to be checked out for daycare or overnight boarding and we have not heard from you, they will be boarded for an additional night at double the cost of normal overnight boarding, with all charges (boarding, house meals, etc) at the expense of the owner.

 

Daycare Packages

Non-subscription package credits are valid for 45 days from the date of first use and only one credit per dog per day.  Full day and half day credits are not interchangeable.  Credits are non-refundable and must be booked.  While daycare packages are to be utilized during regular business hours, they will not be honored during holiday closures or announced special hours.

Unlimited Daycare

Does not require booking as the reservations are continual and will automatically renew on a monthly basis.  Payment is secured with a credit card kept on file. Each dog needs their own subscription as benefits cannot be shared between household pets.  Complimentary monthly baths must be scheduled.  Book early for preferred times.  Bonus baths must be redeemed in the month earned as they don’t roll over.

When Booking Grooming Services

please notify a staff member if your dog has sensitivities and we will use hypoallergenic products only for their bathing session and try to accommodate any other needs!
